Increasing the competitiveness of SC Mecanica Sighetu SA,
Project co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund
The project, implemented between 09.09.2011 – 04.05.2012, contributed to the creation of premises for increasing the company’s competitiveness, by purchasing a multi-operation aggregate for expanding and modernizing the production capacity. As a result of this investment, two new jobs were created for selected people from among the local population.
The project had a total value of 3,743,208.44 lei, the non-refundable financial assistance from the ERDF and the Government of Romania being in the amount of 1,074,999.98 lei.

“Increasing energy efficiency at SC Mecanica Sighetu SA”
Project co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund
The project, implemented between 11.01.2012 and 07.02.2013, contributed to the creation of premises for increasing the company’s competitiveness, by increasing energy efficiency at SC Mecanica Sighetu SA. For this purpose, 3 multi-operation aggregates were purchased through the project, replacing 24 old machines.
The project had a total value of 20,611,324 lei, the non-refundable financial assistance from the ERDF and the Government of Romania being in the amount of 9,700,800 lei.
